The ADCC 2026 Grapplers We Most Want to Watch

Duarte has the wrestling, passing and championship experience to control every phase under ADCC rules. Another title run would strengthen an already exceptional tournament legacy.

Crevar’s technical maturity is remarkable for her age, especially from guard and back-control positions. The tournament can turn generational promise into an immediate senior result.

Simões understands the scoring and physical demands of ADCC better than almost anyone. His matches may be tactical, but small positional choices carry enormous consequence.

Pessanha has dominated women’s jiu-jitsu through pressure, passing and extraordinary consistency. ADCC’s rules and open tactical space offer a different test of that control.

Bastos uses speed and precise transitions to overcome larger or stronger opponents. Her ability to create attacks without conceding position makes every exchange worth studying.

Pena combines dangerous back attacks with years of experience against the heaviest elite opponents. We are watching whether veteran patience still overcomes younger pace.

Pato threatens legs, back takes and sweeps without advertising the next direction. ADCC rewards that unpredictability when opponents become cautious.

Gamrot brings elite MMA wrestling, scrambling and conditioning back into submission grappling. The question is how quickly he adapts those strengths to ADCC-specific scoring.

Leon is physically difficult to move and technically comfortable from almost every position. He has the experience to punish opponents who mistake patience for inactivity.

Chen has become an elite name through clean technique and wins over far more experienced grapplers. ADCC is the place to test whether that rise can survive the deepest bracket.
