UFC Bantamweight Fights We Want Next

Umar needs to rebuild after his first loss, and Sandhagen deserves a chance to adjust after their competitive first fight. The wrestling exchanges remain fascinating.

Jackson and Phillips are gifted athletes with reach, speed and unfinished résumés. Matching them removes the protection and gives the winner a real contender’s case.

Basharat’s control and patient decisions would meet Oliveira’s aggression and knockout power. Each man attacks the exact habit the other relies on.

Song wants the rematch after stopping Umar, while Yan would bring the title this time. Their improved boxing makes a second meeting far more consequential.

Bautista’s pressure and clinch work would force O’Malley to defend without controlling long range. The matchup answers whether the contender can impose his pace on an elite striker.

Their first meeting was competitive before Figueiredo’s speed and cleaner moments separated him. Vera’s durability and late offense make five rounds worth revisiting.

Rosas and Martinez could build a genuine young Mexican rivalry across wrestling, pace and improving striking. Both are popular enough for the matchup to grow with them.

Talbott and Yañez both trust their boxing and accept defensive risk. The cleaner technician would have to survive the moments when the fight stops being orderly.

O’Malley has history with both Yan and Merab and remains the division’s biggest draw. Either result gives the UFC a title fight people already understand.

Font remains an unforgiving boxing test, while Zahabi has earned better opposition through careful wins. The fight tells us whether the veteran rise is genuinely elite.
